Matching Commerce System with PayPal Integration

**Please read entire description before bidding - no generic "I've done 50 projects and I can do yours". This is a relatively straightforward project which just combines the Joomla PayPal function with a Joomla commerce system of your choice, and a polls function. 1) Site- a Joomla installation with the desired template has already been installed at http://www.friendups.com. 2) Using the latest version of Joomla, I want to integrate the usual registration system with a Paypal/credits system. Specifically, after a user logs in, he pays $10 for package 1, or $40 for package 2, with the choice of either buying package 1 for the "Buy Side" or package 1 for the "Sell" side (exact same scenario for package 2. Thus, each package is matched with 1 buyer and 1 seller. In showing the current status/packages matched, on the main page of the site, I want a little side by side counter of matches (like [login to view URL]), e.g. 10 Buys and 10 Sells matched. There should be 2 tables like this- one for package 1, and a another right below it for package 2. For the topmost module position, I want the packages linking to any Joomla polls package that shows the total matches for packages 1 and 2 for that day. I hope this is clear enough.
