Help Creating a Linkbucks similar website

I have done most the PHP behind the website, i have done all the user registrations, login verification and url shortening. The main Task for the developer would be to create the Javascript code which would be used to show advertising. Check the images below; in the banner image you can see there is the green banner at the top and below its showing freelancer.com, in the middle of the banner it has the advertising code, clicking on the link(s) to the left either remove the banner (showing just freelancer.com). in the other two images you can see that freelancer.com isn't showing instead there is the banner at the top showing a FULL PAGE advertising, on the right side the button is showing a countdown timer of X seconds, then the button becomes clickable and you can come through to freelancer.com The second Task (which is optional) is for the Views/visitors tracking script, basically this scripts needs to track all views to the links, collecting real ip address, current cookies, browser AND checking if the viewer clicked on countdown link, then with this information i want to create a simply Bar chart of of the days in the month and how many views... see chart below. Now there are currently linkbucks clone scripts available for very cheap which i could buy, however i have come to freelancer because i dont want my website to look like everyone elses and i prefer it all done custom. PS. people who bid using generic comments like "yes i can start now" will simply be ignored please show that you have atleast read the project requirements.
