Comment System Additons

I need the commenting system of my website modified by adding a few different features to organize all the comments as per user. These are the modifications I'll need done: The option for admin to disable tagging or commenting for a specified book and/or question. Ability for users to edit their comments. A "Manage Comments" page that has all the users comments with an 'edit' link next to each comment. Comments should be listed by most recent Pagination should be added, 20 comments per page. An edit link on [login to view URL] next to the users comment. EX: Steam Plants - Question 1950 06/01/10 300 characters to abbreviate the comment 'edit' link Top10 latest comments (comment_tag/[login to view URL]) Add pagination Only show comments that are related to the user based on members "current_license" (deck or engine or both) field. Note: Deck should include GMDSS. Show most recent replies at the top of the table. Drop down to allow the user which book comments to view. Default view = all books EX Dropdown: based on "deck" current_license: [ View all comments ] [ Rules of the Road ] [ Deck General ] [ General Navigation ] [ Safety ] New table example view for (latest comments): Basically group the questions and only show the latest comment.
