Alexa API Report Project Repost

Hi I looking for a programmer who can develop a simple application using Alexa API quickly. I only envision the application to have 3 pages. 1. Login Area -> For User Login and Registration 2. Work Area to generate Report Works as follows : --> Application will develop "entries" to be used in a report --> Each Entries have the following fields (a) URL (b) No of Postings (c) Report Name & Month of Reporting --> User can add a new entry by inserting in a URL from any website and specifying the No. of Postings Made An entry will then be created in the report that (a) Uses the URL provided to get data from Alexa API (Mostly direct traffic details with the need for calculations) (b) Putting in the No. of Postings Made which is directly input by the user 3. Account Admin Panel to approve and delete users. Note : - I will provide the design in HTML format, you would however have to advise on the wireframe and what content can be drawn from Alexa API - You need to do the entire programming using PyroCMS - Provide full documentation including the API details which has to be tied to a account that i will provide you. Shortlisted Vendors will be based on experience, feedback , price competitiveness, and % of projects completed. Thank you
