Additional to our crm / client management system (php)

Hi, We currently have a crm / client project manager web application we use to manage client projects. We need a php developer to make some slight additions to our application. The application is built using php / mysql and is really easy to update and edit. Our current system has clients, projects, websites, support tickets which can all be linked together. We need someone to add additional CRM (client relationship management) features to our application. We need a simple 'contacts' area added which can be used to create a contact with details. (All the code can be copied from the 'clients' section. But then a few more data fields need to be created and captured when adding new contacts. We also want the ability to add contacts details and notes for a particular 'contact' before they become a 'client'. Perhaps it might be easier if we keep the 'contacts' field and just add the additional features to the contacts. And then have the ability to change the status of the 'contact' from a contact to a client once they become a client. Those recommendations will be left up to the winning bidder. We are a digital design agency, and look to partner with a web (php) developer for all our development projects. So if you complete this project, we will be passing all our web projects to you.
