PHP Expert

This should be a very easy job for a PHP expert. I am looking for a programmer who can create a double meta refresh code for me with the following specs: For example say this is my domain [login to view URL] I want visitors to be redirected to 10-14 different links after each time. That means say a visitor goes [login to view URL] gets redirected to [login to view URL] and the next visitor gets redirected to [login to view URL] So if I have got 10 links, and I get 100 visitors then that should even out 10 visitors per link. Its like splitting the traffic equally amongst all the links. You cannot leak the referrer. You have to blank the referrer using double meta [login to view URL] yet split the traffic equally amongst several links. I want this to be done within the next 12 hours of accepting the job. The pay is not more than 30 dollars. Thank you. P.S- I can show you the script I am using right now to get you an idea but that pulls out links randomly and not sequentially, which is what I am looking for.
