This is a simple project based upon Siemens TC65 GSM modem. The TC65 is connected to another device (transceiver) via Serial Port, this transceiver receives messages from a transmitter for which the datasheet is attached (check page 22 of 43 for the radio telegram). What this code needs to do is when it sees a message on its serial port, the modem should send a text message to a mobile phone (the number should be given in the Java code). Please keep in mind that the code must be written in its SIMPLEST EVER form (as I am not good at programming, and you also need to Fully Comment the code) The code must be able to be compiled in Eclipse. Just to give you a bit more detail, the Java code should look for A5 (hex) and 5A (hex) on its serial port, if it sees these two bytes, then proceed with checking the rest of the received bytes, if the rest of the bytes corresponds to the format given in the datasheet (page 22) then send a text message. Other thing is that once I turn on the TC65 (after I have loaded the code to it) the program should start automatically after 15 seconds. For this you will need the AT Commands manual for TC65 which is attached, the AT^SCFG="Userware/Autostart/Appname .... etc command needs to be used. Good luck and happy bidding ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be able to be compiled in Eclipse and work under Win XP
