Hello, I have a very simple & rush WordPress project, design is attached here. The design & font must be pixel perfect with PSD & both menus should operate with wp_nav_manu function. There is no blog but we may add one later. There are no sliders as well. There is must a theme option page created with the following options: 1.) Please allow the client to add/ edit header texts. 2.) Please allow the client to add/edit a new main image with simple bio text 3.) Please allow the client to add/ edit Welcome title, text & read more link. 4.) Please allow the client to add her own text beneath "Welcome" title 5.) Please allow the client to add/ edit a new Services text and forwarding read more URL 6.) Please allow the client to upload a new Location image, location text forwarding URL. Internal page is very simple. In contact page - there will be a contact form 7 installed. Finally the site should be installed on my test server. Once approved, the site need to move to live server. Please write " I'm an expert and checked your 2 attached design " at the top of your proposal. Budget is: $75 Time: 2 days Quick communication is very important.
