You will need to develop a web based secured page, which will interact with eBay API. So programming API skill required. There will be a small database which should handle Multiple eBay accounts and can hold API credentials and linking facility. User should be able to link a products under one titles from different accounts. If changes the price it should reflect on accounts revised. in simple words if you change price of product it should change on all ebay accounts being managed on the site. Any question please ask.
