Backend (admin console) for php site

Hi all, I have a website in php (php template done and working). I need an experienced coder who will do a DB&backend part of the project. What needs to be done: 1.) DB for the site (design, create) 2.) Admin console - backend where admin can login and add/edit/remove post etc 3.) Security part of the things (captcha, pasword creation etc) Please provide references of similar projects. cheers Dan
