Auto switching mining pool script

I am looking to have someone who is familiar with cryptocurrency to build a simple script that will be used for my lease mining business. Pretty much all it does is redirect to the clients’ pool info. How it should work is I will point my mining rigs to one location. Like [login to view URL] then you script will look at a list of clients to see which are active and points to that url until the set time frame is complete. Once it is then the script should change to the next owed. If there are not any clients I should be able to define a default pool address that it will change to. There should be a page for clients to enter info and a page for me to manually enter info. When clients enter I still need to approve the entry before it is added to the queue. I need to see all data stats. Clients should be able to login via order# and see stats on order. No design needed just neat data on page.
