We're looking for a Web Developer. To make an website that the user can upload a document (word,excel,pdf,etc) The documents that is uploaded must be converted in pdf, no matter type of uploaded file( for example: .doc , .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .txt , .xlsx , etc) and the posibility for the user to see the pdf and accept it with an ok. The functionality and rapidity of the website are the points that you must take into consideration as prior. As webdesign, we have created some drafts, sketches, for user interface for your help. The webdesign also it should be created as a responsible theme. Also i must mention that we don't want implementation as a flash system. The website must have a administrator interface for us because we will add another centers, we will control users and others. We have some sketches with admin panel contain (functionalitys and others). Also the website should keep a history of uploaded files of the users that he can see(it's enough only the name of) Website you could make in english and after that we will give us the romanian translation for the words. Depending on the number of pages that the document has, the user will be charged. The user will have the possibility to pay using an online payment methods like (Paypal, Moneybookers, PayU and others ) After the payment it's confirm that document will be send to an E-mail address (Gmail)or Local website E-mail adress.
