designing competition

i want a site for a designing competition for t-shirts designs. the site would be build and managed by a user friendly admin panel. the site would be having the following functionality - 1. A participant registration and login field registration details - name, mob. no., address, email, either a verification code or an online payment option the participant should be able to upload either a image as its design or a text slogan within the specified date and also update it within the date there would be a image gallery with few categories for the participants to download clip arts helping them to build their design. and a few suggestion links. and the latest updates regarding the competition should be updated on the site as well as notified to the participants on mobile and e-mail. mob no. should be verified at the time of registration the site is to be based on windows 8 theming
