NEW WEBSITE FOR SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE COMPANY

my current website is at [login to view URL] this website is a couple of years old and had become a bit dated. I would like a really nice flash design very simple but very effective, now if you can look it looks very corperate which is ok but too many model images 1 or two would be perfect. the main essence of this site is as follows; 1. At a glance i wish to show of my projects that i have done- to have a thumbnail of teh front page of the websites we have created, there is only about 10 or so but they are nice. 2. To show of a couple of software projects that we have done- 3. to show off some work we have done in terms of email stationary and also portable cd cards business cards. so basically a really good portfolio, We are in Perth Western Australia so it would be nice to have a feel of Perth when you first visit my site, as well as a contact us page, we will need about us and what we can do our skills etc, and perhaps a write up on teh principle owner nad his outlook and how he goes about planning jobs he takes on and why. This design needs to be really good modern and effective. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all versions of internet explorer 3+, netscape, mozilla and linux.
