239146 New template on Clipshare

Hi I am reposting this project as I was delayed by a programmer who didn't knew what to do. My client is using clipshare script, which is PHP, and he want a fresh design full of flash . [login to view URL] This will involve some coding updates too but if you can't do, i am ok with the redesign only ( of course, the design will be integrated on script) I need it fast, so if you can proceed today will be excellent. The script is already installed. Waiting the best and competitive bids, among with SIMILAR projects you did in past. Budget cam be discussed and depend on time and quality. Please don't come with stupid bids because i need only the design, the script is bought and installed already. Thanks
