Need Flash Cartoon

I dont know anything about flash, or animated gifs but here goes.... I need a funny little cartoon to help promote our newest product. It is a remote control Fart Machine. So I would like a funny little cartoon or some people sitting around a conference room table with a little black box under it. Then a guy in the next room should be pressing a little black box with a button, and a fart noise sounds in the conference room. Everyone looks around, and the guy pressing the button is laughing in the next room, then repeats it. Can this even be done? Would it be too big of a file? Need the file to be as small as possible.
