Manipulate iframe

Please visit http://www.mychristianringers.com. I would like to alter the iframe so that "Join Today, Get" is the first part of the framed page that is visible on the screen. This is illustrated in the attached screen shot. I would also like the bottom of the frame shortened, so that the Terms and Conditions are not visible without scrolling. Everything on the framed page must be viewable via the scroll bar. Note that you must visit this site from the United States (or use a U.S. based proxy server) to properly view the framed page.
