I am working on a web-based (.NET) application which has some "base" pages sometimes referred to as templates or master pages by website designers.
I am seeking help from individuals with good experience of creating mockups or templates for .NET developers. You will be working closely with myself and my developers delivering them html templates so this is important that you know what developers need in case of such applications development. My developers are asking that you use XHTML for this.
The application is going to have more than 90 pages over-all but the scope of this project is limited to only what you see in the attached spreadsheet only. Please include your future charges per page (if we give you rest of the pages of this project) at the time when you submit the bid; bids without this information will not be considered.
Steps after you are selected:
If you are the winning bidder you will be required to:
1 - Submit three versions of the home page showing three different color-schemes. The design of the page will not change from what I have in the spreadsheet but only colors.
2 - Submit three versions of the page which covers 22 pages (see Excel Spreadsheet). Again, the design of this page will not change but only three different color-schemes will be required.
3 - Flash animations, banners, etc. are not part of this project but you are welcome to offer your services since we have to get those done too.

## Deliverables
After I have received the color-schemes, I'll let you know what color scheme to use and you'll implement that scheme to rest of the pages in spreadsheet. If I like your work and agree to the charges per page, we will move on to the remaining pages of this project.
Please note: I will help you determining over-all color scheme by either referring to an existing website (for example "I like the color-scheme of [[url removed, login to view]][1]" or I can help you by restricting your work to gray and blue, gray black blue or something like that; so that you dont waste your time on a color-scheme that I don't like at all.
Important: The scope of this project is limited to what is in the spreadsheet but you must include your charges per page on future pages in order to be considered. Any bids without this charges per page information will not be considered. Thank You!
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
