Hello. We are looking for a working prototype of a Temperature and Humidity Sensor (data logger) with following features and requirements. It is important to note you must provide us 2 working units in completed state (ready to use state requiring only the power and configuration). You will also provide us complete circuit diagram, list of materials used, code, and detailed guidelines as well as list of manufacturers who have the ability to do bulk production. Here are requirements: - Logger must use ESP8266 chip. - Must support industrial grade temperature and humidity sensors. SHT75 might be acceptable as long as it passes our testing - Must support humidity range from 0-100 percent - Must support temperature range from minus 40 (below zero) to +100 degree Celsius - It is okay to use two sensors instead of one but we prefer a solution using one sensor for temp and humidity both - Must have LCD display showing current date and time, date and time of last successful reading, current humidity and temperature values, as well as temperature and humidity levels of last know reading. Temp must show C symbol (Celsius) and Humidity must show %. - Must have a Micro SD Card slot to store configuration file, and temperature and humidity data - Must have the ability to obtain humidity and temperature data, and send it to remote server via POST. - Must also save data (1,000 minimum to 10,000 maximum) readings on Micro SD Card (based on configurations settings mentioned later in this post) in a txt file (using comma separated values). Stored data (as well as the data sent via POST) must have following columns: AccountID, UnitID, SysDateAndTime, Temperature, Humidity, HReadingStatus, TReadingStatus, WiFiStatus, POSTStatus. Last four columns must reflect status of Humidity (reading), Temperature (reading), WiFi connection (if connected or not Y/N) and POST (data successfully sent to remote server or not Y/N). - Logger should continue to log data even when power is off (using internal battery mentioned below till internal battery dies) and/or when WiFi has connection issues. - Logger should send missing data (that was not sent to server earlier but saved locally) after power is available again or after WiFi connection becomes available again. - Logger should not send duplicate values to the server - Must provide accompanying software (executable client application) we can install on a windows computer (Windows 10) and connect the logger to computer via USB/Micro USB cable (to configure the units using this application). UI must be simple with following fields offered on screen: AccountID, UnitID, SSID (AP Name), AP Password. Units must save configuration as a file on Micro SD Card after encrypting password. - For above requirement if you have any other idea of using simple configuration we are fine we that too. Maybe creating a txt file, and saving it on to Micro SD Card as config file, to be used by the loggers for connectivity, etc. - Logger must have an external power supply (adapter) and an internal 9v back-up battery use only when external power adapter is not used.
