MS Exchange SERVER Plug-in

This plug in must work on Exchange 2000 & 2003 Server. This is a SERVER plug in not a Client plug in. When a message is received in Exchange each message is run past the "Inbox assistant" to see if the message meets the criteria of the rules users have set up to process messages. These server side rules are called Profile Independent rules. See link to Microsoft article at the end of this paragraph. I need a plug in (server side) that appends the following (configurable) text to the very end of each email: "This Email was processed by the following Inbox Assistant rules: (then a list of rules that acted on the message)" The purpose of this project is to help users troubleshoot complex InBox assistant rules and know what affect each rule had on a message. This project has potential for multiple enhancements once proof of concept is complete. <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
