CSS Templates

I am looking for simple one colounm CSS driven templates that I can put my own material in. Here are some sites and what I like about them for you to get some ideas from. [login to view URL] I like that the one column goes from top to bottom and the drop shadow on the edges. [login to view URL] I like how this person uses graphics to surround the testimonials and other sections of the site. [login to view URL] I like the drop shawdow and background. [login to view URL] I like how this person uses color and the square sections. I will end up needing many templates but what you are bidding on is the creation of 3 templates. I will give the specs to winning bidders. I will pick more then one bidder to get a variety of styles. Spec will include width of page, and then different elements you will design for, you can count on designing or creating about 20-30 different styles in CSS) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
