Module which alters tokens based on domain

The custom module you are looking for should use hook_tokens_alter in a "hacky" way, instead of using Entity Tokens, in order to get other token, may be a taxonomy term. Based on the url, module should capture the node and use the already implemented functions GET_DOMAIN_ID_BY_NODE and GET_DOMAIN_NAME_BY_DOMAIN_ID to retrieve the domain name(s). If no domain name is found then a default domain name will be considered. This might be the current domain name or one previously set by a configuration page. We would like to have the access to your drupal installation to have a look how stuffs are presently implemented. Are you using menu_token ? What is the token you are going to replace with? What will be the replacements?
