I need someone who can work fast. 2-3 hours to rearrange homepage. It is the content under the homepage. It will require adding some new DIV and adjusting CSS etc. Starting now and getting it done in a few hours is a must. Also, you must be familiar with Magento so you don't mess anything else up.
