PHP custom websystem employee gifts

::INTRODUCTION:: Looking for a PHP programmer who can build an unique web based system. The system is described in a Functional Design linked inside this description (see below). The web application will be used by clients of a gift shop. The clients are companies who want to receive flowers / gifts when an employee has his / her birthday. The client enter the employee details in this system and now the gift shop will know when someones birthday is. The gift shop will get the flowers (or another gift) and take it to the client / to the company where the birthday boy / girl works. Look at the PDF below for more details. ::THE PROJECT STEPS:: This project does not really have Phases. You can build the whole system in one go. I do expect we would require the programmer to make changes / additions once we start testing the whole web application... but this will be a new project (phase 2 if you want to call it that). So this project includes the creation of the whole system as described in the Functional Design + bug fixing. What are the steps for the selected freelancer / company: 1> review the Functional Design and give feedback about this document: a> suggestions about a better approach / better functions / better screens b> questions about details missing from the document 2> create an environment (design / template) based on a purchased HTML / CSS template (from Themeforest)! a> if you use a framework, setup the VIEW elements of the application b> if you script without framework, setup the template 3> create the database and the Database manage screens (add, modify, delete) 4> build the web application 5> test the web application / fix bugs ::DELIVERY / PLANNING:: The delivery-time is unknown. It would be nice if we can start testing 14 or 16 days after selecting a provider. If this is possible? Selection of a provider will be done as soon as possible... within 2 or 3 days hopefully! The planning for now would be to have the finished product (ready for testing) on the 21st of April 2012!
