Port MS Access Database to mySQL Database with GUI front end

Existing MS Access 2003 database needs to be ported to mySQL. Connectivity through a GUI. At the moment the database has a db backend with a local front end all in MS ACCESS - problem is too much traffic across the WAN. Also need to have some enhancements introduced. In a nutshell - we have an access database with a form front end that the user sees. This needs to be identical in look, feel and functionality to the new GUI. The new GUI can be in php and web based, but needs to be dynamic. The solution is up to the coder. The new proposals needs to have an intelligent method of communication behind it. The bidding coders need to demonstrate they have done this before, or know what is required. Sample works will be expected in support of the bids. Bids without samples will be ignored. Samples do not need to be elaborate, we just need to know your limitations etc. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE THIS KIND OF WORK BEFORE!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
