The admin must run as a program rather than in a browser window. I want to have the optopn to keep the program in my systray similar to Yahoo Messenger or AIM. I want an option to turn on/off alerts when a visitor enters the site and when a chat session has been initiated. Able to support up to 3 concurrent operators - Must be independant of any other servers than my own. -Chat icon and window must be customizable by me.
