dynamic flash site

I need an expert in two areas: 1) Flash animation: using tweening engines such as Tweener, TweenLite (for as3 - actionscript 3.0). 2) Database integration with flash site: You need to be able to create a database and add an admin panel to allow admin to maintain the data dynamically. 3) After effects (optional): If you have experience in using and integrating with After Effects to create great effects on the site. Here's what we will create: What we will create is a searchable catalogue (with ability to search, sort and filter). Each product detail will display photos, music files and videos. Somewhat similar to [login to view URL], however different graphics and animations. Your task: I will give you finished design (psd files) and you create the database, the admin backend, the animation of the design and integrate it with the site. You must work with me live via messenger one on one and we can work quickly through it. Need to be available via messenger or skype so that I can track progress.
