Design a screen in a web app

I have the basic layout and specifications for a screen in a web app and I need someone to mock it up so it looks pretty.? I've included a description of what the page does, my mockup of the page, and a mockup of another page on the site so you can get an idea of the general look and feel of the application.? You can submit your mockup as an image, an HTML file, or just about anything else as long as you make sure I can open the finished file. I want you to take all this info and make an awesome page.? Get as creative as you want, I know I'm not a designer and the way I've mocked the page up is boring and not awesome.? If you want to try something really crazy in your mockup, just run the idea by me first and we can probably go with it. ## Deliverables Page Specs: The screen starts off with only the search section and the create anonymous account button visible.? If you search by name and find more than one user you will see a list of users.? Finding one user will just bring that user up.? Finding no users gives you the option to create a new user. Creating an anonymous user: This is the only time the user has the option to set the password.? All of the user fields are editable and there is a save button and a cancel button at the top of the screen in place of the search section and create anonymous account button.? The three lower sections are not visible until the user has been saved.? ? Once the save button is hit, the screen switches to the known user screen.? Username and email will have a widget next to them that confirms it's not already in use. Creating a known user: Password is either grayed out or not visible.? The password will be emailed to the user.? All of the user fields are editable and there is a save button and a cancel button at the top of the screen in place of the search section and create anonymous account button.? We figure out what you used to search (email, phone, name) and prefill that field.? The three lower sections are not visible until the user has been saved.? ? Once the save button is hit, the screen switches to the known user screen. Email and username are the only required fields.? Username and email will have a widget next to them that confirms they're unique. Known user selected: First name, last name, email, phone, and username are all filled in if possible and not editable.? Password is not visible.?
