Asp.net/VB.net rotating sideways image

Hello, I am able to upload and resize images in my Asp.net/vb.net project. But I need to also quickly rotate images if they are uploaded sideways, as you know, certain phones take sideways pictures so my code needs to detect that and rotate. I already have code to upload and resize, but need a function to detect and rotate if needed.
