69280 text message rotator

Hi there, I am looking for a simple script to be built that will display text messages and when clicked it will take you to a webspace. More details: Basically I need an admin area where I can input numerous(unlimited) text messages and for each individual one I need to be able to give it a link. ( Basically have it work like the text ADS on top of scriptlance. In the admin I would like to be able to activate/deactivate/delete the text messages. I will need a way to draw the feed. (I will be using it on the hivemail system) Also what would be nice is if it could display the number of clicks a messagereceivesalso a feature where I can put a certain weight on a particular message. This script doesn't have to look fancy but it must work well resource wise and so forth. Please PM any questions. thanks
