The project consists of 11 x 4 storey buildings organized on 5 acre site. You will be given 3D Archicad model of the proposal or saved as 3D studio file. You will be required to put in all the landscaping as per the landscape design , materials and colours, external finishes as per our selection already done. You need to put in people cars etc. We need 8 to 10 photo realistic rendered views. 4 of these will have to be inserted in site photographs that we will provide. The site is open and only 1 house next door. We will require a DRAFT of all views. We will review and mark up for your amendments. You will then issue us revised DRAFT FINAL set followed by FINAL.
