Enhance Texture & Resolution for Photoshop Images

I am seeking a skilled Photoshop expert for medium-level modification of my digital images. Primary tasks involve increasing image texture resolution, fixing blurred areas, and smoothing seams along with correcting color inconsistencies. Most importantly, certain segments of these images lack sufficient data, and I need your talent to fill these gaps with realistic textures, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive visual presentation. Key Qualities requested: - Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop - Proven abilities in image resolution and texture enhancements - Prior experience with detail addition in data-deficient image areas - Proficient in seamless blending of textures - Excellent eye for recognizing and adjusting colors to maintain image integrity -Work with image resolutions of up to 32768 x 16384 The purpose of this is to add detail to images of planets and objects in the solar system where detail is missing- Many have blurry spots, missing colors, entire zones that have never been photographed or a resolution too low. I'm aiming to find someone who can fix that. Keep in mind these are mercator projections of planet textures, so the texture is more stretched at the poles, and east and west have to fit together seamlessly. There are also grayscale "height map" textures involved, which are in 16-bit (the color maps aren't). The number of images I will submit are between 10 and 30. I've also added some example images in the files section. One is of Mimas: the colors are too intense, some zones are stretched or blurred, and the resolution is low: 6356 x 3178, which is far off from the target of 16384 x 8192 or at least 8192 x 4096. I've checked everywhere, this is the highest resolution image available of this. The second is of venus: This one has many small zones that haven't been photographed, including one big south polar region of 1455 pixels, and is missing color. The resolution is fine here. Note: the colors that the freelancer will add later will be based on another, lower res map of venus. The last is of pluto: A large zone of it has never been photographed and is blurry, so the job of the freelancer in that case is to make up realistic regions of pluto, that fit seamlessy with the known zones, and encompass features like craters, canyons and more. These images display a wide variety of all the problems that pushed me to create a freelance project. The height maps of these three textures also happen to have their own problems: Pluto's height map is missing the same zone the color map is, Mimas's has the same low resolution as the color map, and venus's is even worse, having a low resolution of 8192 x 4096 and an extreme number of artifacts that justifies scaling it down even more (this photo in particular is from 1997).
