Good day, I am a realtor in Southwest Ranches and I am trying to create a template or Map similar to the Stonebrook Estates map I've attached. The map does not have to have lot numbers or addresses on them, so what I am basically looking for is a cartoonish, drawing or rendering of Southwest Ranches, highlighting the major lakes, canals, roadways, Parks and green areas. I have included a PDF of Southwest ranches, but If go to googlemaps and type in Southwest Ranches, FL you can zoom in and see the major areas that I mentioned above. I-75, Griffin Road, Sheridan Street, I-27 and Flamingo Road are the major arteries. Once I have the base map then periodically I want to be able to highlight or point out the properties I have listed and sold in the community and give to a Graphic designer to create a mail out, similar to the Royal Palm Yacht Club attachment.
