65224 Clone Ruby script

Simple project. I want to clone this script exactly the way it is.....fonts, sizes and outputs have to be same....Chinese knowledge would be helpful (Big5). Basically, what it does is when you paste chinese characters into field. it would convert into a Ruby based tag with english pronunciation over the chinese character.
