Create oracle process to accept a shopify webhook

Hi, I am DB developer with PHP and Oracle experience. I propose to work with you. Please note you need the following available 1. web end point for shopify to notify (This can be a webserver like apache with PHP modules installed) 2. your web end point should be able connect to your Oracle server (PHP setup to have an oracle driver and oracle server is visible to web server.)
