Improve and redesign already written application in Borland Delphi 8xe

Zdravo, Mi smo tim softverskih inzinjera sa 6+ godina radnog iskustva u Delphi-u (7-XE8). Imali smo iskustva u nasledjivanju postojecih projekata i radu sa "tudjim" kodom, ali da bismo postavili finalnu ponudu morali bismo da analiziramo aktuelno stanje projekta i postojeci izvorni kod. Npr, koja je svra aplikacije, cemu ona trenutno sluzi? Kog je obima sam Delphi projekat, koliko unita/formi/linija koda sadrzi, koje eksterne komponente se koriste? Takodje bi nam koristilo vise informacija o zahtevima za nadogradnju (npr sta tacno treba da se promeni u vezi dizajna, koje su funkcije novog menija itd).
