Unfortunately, I cannot give full details here, however, close examples of what we need include [login to view URL], [login to view URL], jobserve.co.uk. We would prefer the site to be written in ASP.NET with MVC, however, we would consider Ruby on Rails. All site design is complete including wireframes and functionality, this basically needs translating into the chosen programming langauge. We now require a trusted partner who has good written (for MSN, Skype etc) and spoken English. All applicants must be able to provide evidence of their ability.
