Google API Version 3.0 with Asp.Net 4.0

I need to have two pager asp.net 4.0 application. First page would be authentication and password and other would be showing search and listing of videos from YouTube. Design of website should be done professionally. YouTube videos will be listed based on following criteria: a) User can Search YouTube videos based on keyword b) Videos can be found out based on type of videos available videos e.g. selecting a Channel category(categories should be available to user),Selecting Category of videos. Searched asset will be displayed to user in grid format. search result can be exported to excel and user should have abiity to select any number of column to excel file. All code need to be neatly written and commented properly. Code and database(sql 2008) script should be handed over. Payment criteria: 50% payment will be made after completion of code and demo and 50% after hand over of code.
