mysql sync 2 databases, once a day

Good Day, I understand what you are trying to accomplish. However I would like to chat to you and get more clarity on the following: 1. Why do you want backup? Is it to make sure you can restore your main db? In this case I suggest doing regular db dump to file instead. If you need backup to quickly switch DB on issue with main DB then consider mySQL MASTER SLAVE replication functionality. 2. How will you schedule the backup?
