Move Gitea server

This is one of those people who big on a migration job and then says "this was not included and this was not included" He is also not capable of writing down simple documentation what he has done. A horrible experience with a person who actually was recommended by freelancer themselves. I wil never use this person again. He is refusing to have any sensible discussions.
