I have a web application project. That will required the following skills. Also the ability to convert the resulting front end site into a Mobile Application. I have lots of feature ideas, so I will need someone who can counter this and strip out everything down to the core basic features. to build an MVP. I am also open to suggestions on technology selection. My main concern is budget as I am starting out. But I if the solution takes off there will be future opportunity to expand the project adding extra features or work on other projects. I want to deal with a developer directly not an agency. Please tell me about your experience and provide examples. I would prefer someone experienced, I am willing to give a new bee like me a good. The application has various tables and web forms.
