Simple SQL query over a OSCOmmerce database

I need a SQL query that will return the customers who have done purchases over a given ammount (3000EUR) over a given period of time (last year). We have an "orders" table. The table has the following fields (it has more, not related). orders_id (int) customers_name (varchar) billing_company_tax_id (varchar) date_purchased (datetime) We have an "orders_total" table. The table has the following fields (it has more, not related). orders_id(int) title(varchar) value(decimal 15,4) I need to get a list of all the customers that have purchased over 3000E over year 2016. An SQL quert that can be run with PHPMYADMIN is enough. Each customer has a unique value which is the "billing_company_tax_id". I need the orders for each "billing_company_tax_id" added, and shown only those that go over 3000EUR. The "title" on "orders_status" must be "Total:", since each order has a few lines (subtotal, shipping cost, taxes, etc) and we only want to add the "Total" line on each order. I might supply a sample database if needed.
