Write an iPhone application

I want an app created for a jail broken iphone I have the source code for the MAC version (cocoa native) ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE ALREADY IN THE SOURCE CODE FOR MAC VERSION Similar to DNS Override on itunes but striped down to just changing the DNS by selecting 4 predefined choices and password protected I basically want to add an additional password To protect this app only from being stopped or uninstalled. Requirements: 1 Needs to run jail broken on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch 2 The app will change the DNS settings by selecting 1 of 4 predefined choices 3 These DNS settings MUST stay set as long as the app is installed. 4 It MUST require a password to stop the app or uninstall to the app. 5. after the app installs and opened for the first time allow the user to create the password. This is the password that would allow the user to pause the app or uninstall 6. When the app is installed and while it is running it would have a yellow box in the top bar on the phone, to show its running and installed. 7. app once installed would need to all was be on, so if phone was restarted it would auto start(if needed to have it running continually) 8. And if the app is uninstalled it would be free to take up its dns setting from the cell phone service providers DHCP server 9. after app installs or uninstalls flush any dns cache 10. master passwords, if user forget the password 11 app name CleanFamilyInternet 12 would like a version that just sets the dns instead of asking to choose one of the 4 predefined choices I want it protected from hacking I do NOT want the app to put an icon on the desktop.
