I need an iPad app. I would like it designed but simple rtsp client and server 1. Client to attach to any rtsp server tcp and udp and display stream on full screen. Test with periscope on apple iOS app. 2. Server crest in background nothing to display but settings and indicator small too right corner that is is working. Take camera of iPad and stream to rtsp to other clients options for sever must be: Tcp or udp Resolution Size to transmit 1080 or 640 or 320 etc Fps 30 max 1 min Must work with periscope on Mac client etc.
