Proof-of-concept iOS/Android app based on React Native

We need a mobile application implemented in React Native. This project will have about 20 phases. This task is only for phase 1. For reference, please install and review the Grainger app from W.W. Grainger, Inc. (app icon is a red box with large G). For this proof-of-concept phase, the requirements are simple: 1. The first page of the app should open to a listing of categories, same as the Grainger app. For this phase, the categories should be hard coded to the first 12 letters of the alphabet: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L. a. A placeholder image should appear to the left of the letter, same as the Grainger app. b. The font size and color should match the Grainger app. 2. Tapping any of the letters should go to category level #2, same as the Grainger app. a. The tapped letter should appear in the title bar, same as the Grainger app. b. The subcategories should be hardcoded to double letters, with the first letter the same as the one that was tapped and appears in the title. For example, if the user tapped A on the first screen, they should see AA, AB, AC, AD, AE up to AL on the second screen. If the user tapped R on the first screen, they should see RA, RB, RC, RD, RE up to RL on the second screen c. A placeholder image should appear to the left of the double letters, same as the Grainger app. d. The font size should match the Grainger app. 3. Tapping any of the double letters should go to category #3, same as the Grainger app. a. The double letters from category #2 should appear in the title bar, same as the Grainger app. b. This is just like category #2, except now there are 3 letters. 4. Tapping any of the triple letters should display a listing of 5 placeholder products. The products can all look the same. They have a placeholder image to the left, same as the Grainger app. There are four lines of dummy text to the right, formatted the same as the Grainger app. That is all. No other functionality from the Grainger app is expected. There are no calls to our servers required for this phase. Deliverables are: 1. iOS app 2. Android app 3. Source code Please reply with a statement describing your experience with iOS apps, Android apps, and React Native. Assuming phase 1 is successful, phase 2 will involve calls to our servers to log in and retrieve category information. Each future phase will add new functionality.
