Write an iPhone application

I need someone to create an application for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and an application for Android phones and tablets. The functionality is simple. It will be pretty much a frame that will accommodate a mobile website, so people can download it as a native application. It's a mobile casino which works as a mobile website. It doesn't work from computers, only from mobile devices. It looks like an app if you save it as a bookmark on your phone, but I want people to find it in the stores and download it. It shouldn't require a huge amount of development, however, we need to show both Apple and Google that there is enough amount of code to justify that it's an application, not a website. In addition to how it currently looks as a mobile website, we can add tabs as shortcuts to certain menus, making it look more like an app. For someone who has the knowledge and experience, it should be an easy project. I need to have the full code and the app must be submitted through my accounts with Apple and Google. You can bid for iOS only, Android only or both.
