User Interface Design for Android Mobile Application(repost)

***iCoupon*** is a mobile application that brings together the buyer, products and coupons in real time. The purpose of this project is to build and design the User Interface. The back-end and logic of the code is already complete, but need a designer/Android programmer that can create the xml layout files and improve the overall User Interface design. Once the designer/programmer is chosen, the existing layout and resource files will be sent to work on creating a better design for the application.
