Update Current Android App with a Video Share Feature

Need current android app updated with 2 new updates. 1. App currently records and saves videos. Want a feature for the user that is able to share a saved video file on their android device and upload it on to the users Facebook and or YouTube account. 2. Add a delay feature to app. User may choose to use a delay feature under the option screen. User will go back to screen after option and touch delay button. A box appears for users delay input. Input will range anywhere from 0.001 to 5.000 seconds. After user closes delay box the user starts program. User touches delay button and the action counts down from users input and activates a different button function. Experienced only Developers with good ratings need to apply.
