Hi, I'm looking for someone who can write me a small app (GUI appearance isn't really important -- I'm fine with a very skeletal interface as I'm more interested in the code underneath it that makes it work). I need an application that uses bluetooth to find others nearby using the same app, connect to them, and allow the transfer of files between each other. The app should be able to connect to multiple people though transferring files from one to another can be done one at a time. WITHOUT DESIGN... ONLY FUNCTIONALITY...

The application will check for the bluetooth activation, and ask the user to activate if the bluetooth is close. Then there is a button which can scan for nearby user who also opening bluetooth when pushed, and ask to pair with the device. And files can be send to the user after paired.
