Always horizontal video recording

***CORE feature*** - video recording and save to the gallery in a new folder - video should always remain horizontal, irrespective of rotation of the device - that is, it should be auto-leveled - for this it will use gyroscope/orientation sensor information to correct orientation, and maintain the original aspect ratio of the video - this should happen seamlessly - maintaining 30fps - For example - look at [login to view URL] - we should be able to add a constant watermark text to the recorded video like “Powered by XYZ” - Video’s length should be configurable and end when decided time is up (like 2minutes) ***General features*** - Show camera preview on screen (like any other video recording app) - Overlay and indication on the screen about what part is actually being recorded (based on auto level and aspect ratio) - Multiple resolutions (VGA, 720p etc, shown on basis of device capability) - Multiple video quality settings (low, medium, high) - Ability to share video with facebook/twitter/instagram/vine directly - work with all cameras on device (front, back..) - Ability to turn on/off the device flash Please estimate which minimum API level you’ll be able to support (ideally API 8) and why? ---------------- If you are interested please provide information on the following: - Most important: - Tell me how you would you go about building android app with above features - Your confidence level in above requirements - Android experience: Your Android app experience - how many apps have you developed ? - Apps: Share links/names of some of your best apps. - Video apps: Highlight Android apps that you have built with video recording capability.
